How long does it take to complete a project?

Depending on the size of the project we are working on can best determine the project length. However, several factors can determine the timeline; such as our list of current projects to be completed, and the number of revisions that are needed to complete your project. Typically we would commence a new project within 3-7 business days, and once a project is started, you will be given a clear estimate on when it can be completed.

How do you set a price for a project?

There is no straight answer to this, as all our services are not so easily quantifiable as requirement varies for each and every project.

We have two types of billing depending on your design job :
1) Net Price – Based on Per Project Estimates
b) Hourly Rated – Billed according to the time it take to complete your project.

What size projects do you accept?

We accept any size project. We won;t run down any size work. If you need a job done, we will find the time and resources to complete it. As small as business card design to complete business rebranding with web design, we always tackle any size project to get you where you need to be.

Do you have monthly retainer pricing for repetitive services?

Yes. For certain projects and services; such as email marketing services and digital signage maintenance, we usually set a monthly fee where we can optimize your service needs and keep your budget in order.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash, Credit Card and e-Transfers from banking institutions. We do accept cheques when applicable. Payments scheduling may be discussed before project commencement.
